Christina Lombardo

Christina Lombardo, BCC, MCC, CPCC, MA, is a Certified Professional Health & Wellness Coach.

Since 2001, Christina has served as a Wellness and Career Coach at LifeTrek Coaching International, where her clients are professionals involved in the care or growth of others. With her intuitive approach and more than 15 years of experience, Christina helps her clients discover how to live resiliently in the areas of career, wellness, and personal/professional development. 

Certified as a BCC, Board Certified Coach, and MCC, Master Certified Coach, through the International Coach Federation (ICF) and from The Coaches Training Institute, she is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach. Christina serves as a coach training practical examiner and mentor coach for the International Coach Federation and for Wellcoaches School of Coaching.  Furthermore, she is a Certified Wellness Coach and serves as a faculty member for the graduate programs in Exercise Science & Sports Studies at Ithaca College and California University, and she’s also been on faculty with the Wellcoaches School of Coaching since 2004. 

The Wellcoaches Training Program is built upon the Coaching Psychology Manual and was the first coaching textbook in healthcare and wellness. Christina is a member of the Institute of Coaching Professional Association at McLean Hospital, a Harvard Medical School affiliate.

Currently, Christina is pursuing Ph.D. in Mind Body Medicine from Saybrook University. Receiving a Master of Art in Education from The Ohio State University, she developed expertise in the areas of positive coaching psychology, career, personal and organizational development, instructional design, adult education, performance improvement, and training.

Additionally, Christina founded Performance IMPursuit, Inc., in 1996 specializing in training and development for organizations, where she is still actively involved in instructional design, facilitation, and consulting to create mobile app based, instructor led, and eLearning education for organizations in various industries (e.g., healthcare, insurance, retail, financial, academic, technology, fitness, nutrition, etc.) Her corporate clients include Limited Brands, Honda, Bath & Body Works, OhioHealth, Nationwide Insurance, and Tween Brands. 

In 2013, she co-founded Nutrition for Women and Nutrition for Men, specializing in wellness products to help individuals build their vision, find their fit, and love their life. 

Christina’s experience engaging students and clients in resilience based coaching to learn and develop personally and professionally includes coaching graduate students, physicians, entrepreneurs, managers, trainers, healthcare providers, psychologists, nurses, etc. and she is a mentor coach for aspiring coaches.
