Biography
Carter moved to Pennsylvania in 1990 to teach at Cal U. Prior to that move, he taught at the University of Dayton (Ohio) for four years. He has worked as a radio announcer/disc jockey, videotape editor, video operating engineer, film projectionist and government access cable TV producer-director.
