Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling: Admissions

Admissions Criteria:

To enroll in the clinical mental health counseling program at California University of Pennsylvania, you must have a minimum undergraduate 3.00 GPA or a 2.6 GPA with a score of 403+ on the Miller Analogies Test. (MAT).

To apply, submit the following:

  • Graduate School Application with $25 nonrefundable application fee
  • Submit official transcripts from all colleges and universities attended, even if a degree was not earned from a particular institution (except Cal U transcripts)
  • Three letters of recommendation on professional letterhead 
  • One-page resume of work and education
  • A 1,000-word typed psychobiography (see CED Handbook)
