Master of Education in Elementary / Special Education: Admissions

To enroll in the Master of Education Elementary/Special Education program at California University of Pennsylvania, you must meet the following criteria:

  • Submit the Graduate School Application
  • $25 nonrefundable application fee
  • Submit official transcripts from all colleges and universities attended, even if a degree was not earned from a particular institution (except Cal U transcripts)
  • Minimum undergraduate GPA of 2.8 or 3.0 GPA within the last 48 college credits taken
  • Passing scores on PAPA exam (prior to the end of your first semster)
    Current Act 34, 114 and 151 clearance

Additional Requirements

All courses, except ESP 800, must be completed before student teaching.
