No Pay Plan- May 13, 2015
Late Payment Fee – $25.00 (mandated by Council of Trustees) assessed when student fails to pay balance in full by due date or fails to pay according to an approved payment plan.

- Payment plans are available each semester and can be set up through the ‘Billing’ tab in VIP.
- Credit card and electronic check payments can be made by logging in to VIP under the ‘Billing’ tab.
- Students can authorize Parents or Guests to pay online by credit card or check through VIP.
- Authorized Parent/Guest payments can be made online through the CalU Family/Parent portal at http://www.calu.edu/families-parents/portal.

Payment in full or the first payment of an approved payment plan must be received by the designated due date or that same day if registering after the due date.
Receiving financing from an outside source (not listed on your billing statement)? Student needs to submit official documentation of the award to the Bursar’s Office so that this award amount can be deducted from the total balance due and payment of any remaining balance or the amount required for a payment plan submitted.
