MSN-MBA Dual Degree - 100% Online

California University of Pennsylvania offers nursing students the MSN program in Nursing Administration and Leadership track, which is fully accredited by the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE).

The University also offers an optional 100% online MSN-MBA Dual Degree program

The intention of the MBA portion of the degree for nurse administrators is to prepare nurse leaders with additional courses that can be applied to different aspects of their positions and careers – including middle management in nursing and other areas of practice, chief nurse officer, other healthcare administrative positions, and entrepreneurial ventures. Today’s increasingly complex healthcare environment requires nurse leaders who have multiple skills and extensive preparation.  California University of PA is located in southwestern PA, geographically close to two major health systems and other hospitals that provide healthcare in the western portion of Pennsylvania. Because of the global nature of the program, students can enter the program from local area, the state, regional, national and international locations.
