Hardware / Software Requirements

At minimum, you need a phone line, a computer and an Internet service provider.  Although a computer modem will suffice, it is suggested that a cable modem or DSL line be used to access courses from home.  Many employers already have high speed connections (T-1, cable modem, ISDN, or DSL).

Software requirements include a web browser (Internet Explorer, Netscape, etc.).  Additionally, software allowing streaming video & audio is required.
