Intercollegiate Athletic Administration Letter of Completion : Admissions

To enroll in the Intercollegiate Athletic Administration Letter of Completion online program, you must have a bachelor's degree in sport management/administration from a four-year accredited college or university. You also need a minimum 3.00 undergraduate grade point average.

If you do not meet the minimum grade point average requirement but have a grade point average at or above 2.50, you may request consideration by e-mailing a resume indicating your experience in the sport industry and a list of at least three professional references.

  • If your GPA is 3.00 or >, please submit the following:
  • Online Application
  • $25 nonrefundable application fee
  • An official transcript reflecting a baccalaureate degree from an accredited institution. Official transcripts from institutions where a degree was not conferred will only be required in cases where the student wishes to have a transfer of credit evaluation completed. (Cal U transcripts do not need to be submitted)
  • If your GPA is 2.50 to 2.99, please submit the following for review:
  • Online Application
  • $25 nonrefundable application fee
  • An official transcript reflecting a baccalaureate degree from an accredited institution. Official transcripts from institutions where a degree was not conferred will only be required in cases where the student wishes to have a transfer of credit evaluation completed. (Cal U transcripts do not need to be submitted)
  • Three Letters of Recommendation on professional letterhead
  • Resume documenting your experience in the sports industry

 

A telephone or e-mail interview with the program director may be required to determine the student's potential success in the web-based learning environment.
