Art: Current Student Resources
Student Organizations
We offer two organizations for students in the arts program.
Associated Artists helps to promote visual arts through an exposition of your work. It has developed cooperative artistic programs with Washington, Fayette and Allegheny County non-professional and collegiate art groups. It also supplies student artists with information and connections to career development programs in the fine arts and art education.
By functioning as an agency, Studio 224 creates a community of interest for students with common goals by providing agency quality work at a minimal price to clients. Members become well-rounded and experienced in the entire agency setting, from initial concept through final production, while interacting with professionals. Work is based on market research, data collection and media analysis. Students learn from practical application all of the aspects of the profession within a safe learning environment. This allows them to be successful in various real-life business situations.
