

Liberal Studies: Curriculum
Courses from the humanities, natural sciences and social sciences are used to fulfill the major requirements for the Bachelor of Arts in liberal studies. These courses include:
Humanities: art, communication studies, English, French, literature, music, philosophy, Spanish and theatre.
Natural Sciences: biology, chemistry, computer science, earth science, environmental science, mathematics, physical science, and physics.
Social Sciences: anthropology, criminal justice, economics, geography, history, political sciences, psychology, sociology and social work.
No more than 24 credits of courses with the same course prefix should be included in the plan of study. A minimum of 18 credits must be upper level, 300 level or higher.
