Students supplement classroom learning with a variety of practical experiences through field trips and by working in sport management settings through completion of internship placement. You’ll gain both the knowledge and practical experiences necessary for your future success in a variety of sport management careers.

Career Opportunities

This major offers you a chance to gain a broad-based understanding of the major areas of sport management. Many of our graduates have moved on to challenging and exciting careers in academic settings, professional sports, and sports and recreation facilities, as well as health, fitness and sport clubs.
