Request Transcripts

There will possibly be many different times in your professional career when you will need to obtain a copy of your transcript.

The formal or official statement of your transcript here at Cal U is available only through the Office of Academic Records because federal law protects your confidentiality and requires that this office obtain your signed authorization for the release of your transcript even to you. Transcripts cost $3 each, payable by cash, check or money order.

To order a copy of your official California University academic transcript, mail your written request to:
