

Associate of Applied Science in Physical Therapist Assistant
Admission to the PTA Program is competitive, and a limited number of qualified students are selected into the technical phase of the program. A student will begin in the pre-technical phase of the program, after which application to the program is made during the fall semester, first year. Criteria for selection to the technical phase of the program are a minimum 2.75 GPA, including a "B" in HSC 110, and an interview with the PTA Advisory Committee.
The following five-semester schedule of courses provides a recommended framework for completing this program of study in 21 months.
