Honors Program Faculty Advisory Board
Advisory Board Backs the Honors Program
An
advisory board of Cal U faculty and students guides the University Honors
Program (UHP). The board's primary function is to advise the director on
developing the program and assisting honors students with their educational
plans. The board also presents two awards each year: the Honors Advisory
Board Outstanding Senior Thesis Award and the Honors Advisory Board Outstanding
Honors Program Graduating Senior Award. The director appoints board members
based on support for the program, participation in UHP activities, achievement
in UHP coursework and thesis projects.
