Have an Academic Problem You Can't Resolve?
Turn to the Office of Student Retention and Success. The ombudsperson helps students with unresolved problems involving academic processes, procedures and people. The program encourages established means of dealing with such concerns first, then monitors the situation and becomes involved directly if established means do not resolve the issue(s).
Want to Know More?
Fill out the ombudsperson request form. You should receive a response with 24 hours. Students can also visit or call the office for help.
