Greek Life

Greek Life Offers Opportunities for Growth
Cal U offers a rich tradition of fraternities (Greek letter organizations for men) and sororities (Greek letter organizations for women). All emphasize:
- Scholarship
- Leadership
- Community service
- Social activities
Membership Requirements
To be eligible for membership in a fraternity or sorority, you must have completed a minimum of 12 credits (not including college in the high school credits) and have a minimum 2.50 overall grade point average.
Some of the organizations' requirements are above the University requirements. Check with the Fraternity and Sorority Life Office or the respective organization for more information.
No Hazing Allowed!
Cal U does not allow hazing of any type on campus. All associate members must attend a workshop where hazing will be discussed along with Pennsylvania hazing legislation and Cal U's hazing statement. This statement must be read and signed by all associate members.
