Request Transcripts
Need a copy of your transcript?
The Academic Records Office processes requests for grade transcripts for undergraduate and graduate students and enrollment verification for undergraduates.
Transcripts cost $3 each, payable by cash, check or money order. Download a transcript request form and visit Room 122 Dixon Hall for processing. The form can also be mailed to office indicating:
- Number of transcripts requested
- Type of transcripts requested (undergraduate, graduate or both)
- Name and address of person or institution where the transcript should be sent
- Payment method – payment must be received before transcript can be issued. Checks should be made payable to California University of Pennsylvania.
Requests will be processed in compliance with the Family Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA). Transcripts will not be issued to a third party without the written consent of the sender. If a transcript is issued to a student, this information will appear on the transcript. Transcripts marked in this manner are sometimes not considered official when presented to a third party by a student.
Transcripts are issued as quickly as possible, but there may be some delay during busy periods of the year. Requests should therefore be made well in advance. No transcript will be issued to a student whose financial obligations have not been met in full. We are NOT able to take requests over the phone, fax or emails.
