Office for Students with Disabilities Application Information
Prospective students with disabilities should:
- Under separate cover, submit the completed Office for Students with Disabilities (OSD) application and documentation packet to the OSD and submit the completed admissions packet to the Admissions Office.
The following are noted:
- Questions regarding OSD applications, documentation and/or accommodation eligibility should be directed to the Office for Students with Disabilities.
- Students with disabilities follow the same University admission procedures and standards as required by California University of Pennsylvania's Admissions for all students.
- Questions regarding University admission procedures and/or the student's acceptance status to the University should be directed to the Admissions Office.
