The California University of Pennsylvania Office of Military & Veterans Affairs (CALU OMVA) welcomes all veterans, eligible dependents, service members of the National Guard and Reserve, and active-duty service members to California University of Pennsylvania. Your benefits are designed to assist you as you work toward your education goals at California University of Pennsylvania.

The CALU OMVA main-campus office is the primary resource center for California University of Pennsylvania's on-campus, Southpointe Center and Global Online veterans. The information on these web pages apply to the CALU OMVA main campus and are subject to change. In the event that you are unable to visit campus during regular scheduled business hours, please contact the CALU OVMA via email. Someone will assist you within 24-48 hours.




Banner project honors YOUR Veteran or Service member

Honor the military service of a colleague, friend or family member with a banner that will be displayed on the California University of Pennsylvania campus each November! Orders for next year will be accepted after August 1, 2017. Businesses are invited to sponsor individual banners.

GI Bill® Comparison Tool

Cal U students who are eligible or utilizing VA education benefits such as the GI Bill® are advised to compare benefits and costs of programs through this tool. Global Online Armed Forces (Tuition Assistance & In-state Tuition Coding)

Appointments: *The CALU VA office is available for appointments or scheduled site visits during non-business hours by contacting with your name, information being requested, and time, date and location for visit. The CALU OMVA requests at least 48 hours notice for scheduling non-business hour appointments.

A Cal U Global Online student will be among those testing for the prestigious German Armed Forces Proficiency Badge on April 21-22. This is the fifth year that the University has hosted the physical fitness test for members of the U.S. military.
U.S. Army veteran Sean Parnell, author of 'Outlaw Platoon: Heroes, Renegades, Infidels and the Brotherhood of War in Afghanistan,' will give a free talk from 11 a.m.-12:30 p.m. April 13 in Manderino Library. The public may attend; military veterans are especially welcome.
