I need to rent/purchase regalia to participate at commencement. Who do I contact?
Please contact the University Bookstore to place your rental or purchase order for regalia. Stage party participants and faculty members interested in participating in commencement exercises are required to be in full academic regalia.
The deadline for regalia purchases is Monday, October 29, 2012 (requires 6-8 weeks lead time). Rentals are due no later than November 16, 2012. Prices vary based on items ordered.
Are there key dates I need to be aware of as a faculty and/or staff member?
Yes; there are many dates that are important for faculty and staff as they relate to commencement. Please visit the graduation timeline for a full view of important dates for December 2012 commencement activities.

September 28, 2012
Graduation applications for December 2012 are due.
October 29, 2021
Our Graduation Fair will be held Monday, October 29, 2019 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Faculty regalia will be available for rental.
October 29, 2012
Last day for faculty to submit orders to purchase regalia (requires 6-8 week lead time).
November 16, 2012
Last day for faculty to place regalia rental orders at the University Bookstore.
November 26, 2012
Honors cords will be available at the University Bookstore.
December 13, 2012
President's Dinner for Graduates
- Dinner begins at 6 p.m. in Gallagher Music Center. (This event is open to graduating students and invited faculty and staff members only.)

Commencement rehearsals begin immediately following dinner.
