April 26

  • 3-5 p.m.: Marksmanship, 9 mm qualification (early)
  • 3-6 p.m.: In-processing for service members arriving early, Carter Hall, G-06 (multi-purpose room)

April 27

  • 8-8:30 a.m.: In-processing, Carter Hall, G-06 (multi-purpose room)
  • 8:30-9 a.m.: Welcome brief and committee briefs
  • 9-9:15 a.m.: Movement to testing sites, by team
  • 9:15 a.m.-3 p.m.: German Armed Forces Proficiency Badge testing
  • 11 a.m.-1 p.m.: Swim testing, Herron Recreation Center pool (all participants) 
  • 3-6 p.m. : Marksmanship, 9mm testing
  • 6-7 p.m.: Personal time
  • 7-9:30 p.m.: Additional testing as needed

April 28

  • 8:30-8:45 a.m.: Leader and committee briefs, Carter Hall, G-35
  • 8:45-9 a.m.: Movement to testing sites, by team
  • 9-11 a.m.: German Armed Forces Proficiency Badge testing
  • 11-11:30 a.m.: Foot-march preparation, movement to SAI Farm
  • 11:30 a.m.-1:15 p.m.: Foot-march, 7.5 miles
  • 1:15-2 p.m.: Graduation preparation, movement to graduation site
  • 2-2:30 p.m.: Graduation, Performance Center (inside the Natali Student Center)
