GRADUATE SCHOOL HOLDS OPEN HOUSE EVENTS

Thinking about a master’s degree? California University is planning two open house events designed for prospective graduate students:

  • You Can Afford Graduate School — 6-8 p.m. June 13
    Kara Alumni House, main campus, California, Pa.
    Graduate school may be more affordable than you think. Graduate assistantships, scholarships and federal aid are available for students seeking master’s degrees in a variety of fields, including applied criminology, athletic training, business administration, clinical mental health counseling, communication disorders, education, nursing administration and leadership, social work, school psychology and more.
  • Build a Career in Criminology, Homeland Security or Legal Studies — 6-8 p.m. June 20
    Cal U Southpointe Center, Canonsburg, Pa.
    Professionals trained in fields pertaining to the administration of justice are in demand. Learn more about Cal U’s graduate programs in criminology, homeland security or legal studies, and learn how an advanced degree can help you build a career in government, law enforcement, court administration, corrections, probation/parole, financial investigations, immigration or related fields.

California University’s School of Graduate Studies and Research offers both traditional face-to-face classes and master’s degree programs delivered 100 percent online.

This informal open house lets you meet with faculty, staff, students and alumni who can share information about Cal U’s flexible graduate programs. Counselors also will be available to help you determine career and financing options.
