Joseph P. D’Andrea
Joseph P. D’Andrea is a sergeant with the
Pennsylvania State Police, a graduate of the Pennsylvania State Police Academy
and a 2008 Cal U graduate.
He has more than 1,600 hours of crash-specific training and is a certified crash analysis and reconstruction specialist with the Accreditation Commission for Traffic Accident Reconstruction.
He has reconstructed crashes involving passenger cars, motorcycles, pedestrians, commercial vehicles and trains, and he has testified as an expert more than 100 times.
Since 1996, D’Andrea has been a staff instructor for the Institute for Law Enforcement Education, a division of the Pennsylvania Department of Education, primarily in the area of crash reconstruction.
