Employment Application Process
The Office of Human Resources at California University of Pennsylvania has implemented an online application system in order to automate many of the tasks of the employment application process.
You will use this system to complete four main tasks:
- Review postings
- Search and review applicants
- Create and review templates
- Communicate electronically with HR, hiring managers, applicants and others involved in your hiring process
