Teaching and Research

A resource for faculty members and their support teams, including information about academic calendars, course schedules, and how to reserve equipment.

The Teaching and Learning Center (TLC) assists faculty members as they use smart classrooms and integrate other technology into the teaching and learning environment.

Sponsored Programs & Research

The Office of Sponsored Programs & Research assists with all aspects of grant applications and funding opportunities, including identifying funding sources, helping with proposal development and submission, and providing post-award guidance and support.

Institutional Review Board (IRB)

The Cal U Institutional Review Board is a standing committee, constituted according to federal regulations, that is responsible for ensuring that the rights and welfare of human research participants are protected. No research involving human subjects may be undertaken at Cal U without prior review by the IRB.

Faculty Professional Development Center (FPDC)

The Faculty Professional Development Center facilitates professional development opportunities that encourage faculty to engage in collaborative efforts related to teaching, scholarship, service and grant development.

Give the gift of life at a Central Blood Bank blood drive and learn more about sickle cell anemia, which affects an estimated 70,000 to 100,000 people in the United States. The drive begins at 10 a.m. in Carter Hall's Multipurpose Room.
