Students of any academic standing, freshman through graduate, are welcome to live at Vulcan Village.
Student apply to live at Vulcan Village through VIP and all billing is done directly through the Bursar’s Office, just like the residence halls.
Vulcan Village students are guaranteed their own private bedroom, they are not required to have a meal plan, parking on property is free, and pricing is comparable to the on-campus residence halls.
Vulcan Village offers a host of activities and amenities for its students, including: 24-hour fitness center, seasonal outdoor pool, sand volleyball court, basketball court, Clubhouse with satellite TV, computer lab, Flatz Express eatery, weekly activities, monthly newsletter, and much more.
Students can switch from the on-campus residence halls to Vulcan Village or vice-versa, provided all contracts have been completed. University Housing and Vulcan Village staff must also verify this has been completed and financial arrangements have been made to pay for the prospective housing choice.
