"Cyberbullying and sexting affects all individuals and has no boundaries.”  Statistics indicate that bullying has a devastating effect on a person's mental health and may cause suicide. Judge Theresa Dellick leads a panel of experts in a discussion of cyberbullying, sexting, Title IX violations, and their legal consequences.
