The CalCard is your official California University of Pennsylvania identification card. In addition to identifying you as a student at California University, the card provides access to campus events, activities, residence halls, complimentary rides on the Mid Mon Valley Transit Authority bus routes, library access, and Dine Dollars and Shop Dollars. Through an agreement between the University and the Pennsylvania State Employees Credit Union (PSECU), the CalCard also serves as an ATM card, if you choose the banking option.

Make Shop Dollar deposits, view your account balances and transaction history, and suspend activity on your Calcard all on the web. This feature allows students and family members to make Shop Dollar or Dine Dollar deposits, via the web, 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
REMEMBER:
Dine dollars can be used only at Dining Service locations on campus and roll over from the fall to the spring semester.
Shop dollars can be used for point-of-sale purchases at a variety of on-campus locations and will remain on your account until graduation or withdrawal from the university.
