Cal U Vulcans Hockey Club is seeking
3 student volunteers to join the equipment staff
for the remainder of the 2017-18 season for Cal 1 Men, Cal 2 Men, Cal Women (one per team)
Positions are open immediately!
Assists Head Equipment Manager with responsibilities during practices and games for the assigned team, including filling water bottles, collecting pucks, distributing and collecting jerseys, equipment repair, etc. Additionally, covering for the head equipment manager when needed.
PRACTICE TIMES & GAMES
(visit www.caluhockey.com for game schedules - typically Friday through Sunday)
Cal 1 Men Tuesday & Thursday from approx. 8:30PM-11:00PM, up to 16 home & away games, including overnight trips.
Cal 2 Men Tuesday & Wednesday from approx. 8:30PM-11:00PM, up to 8 home & away games, including overnight trips.
Cal Women Monday & Wednesday from approx. 8:30PM-11:00PM, up to 14 home & away games, including overnight trips.
The Vulcans practice at the Rostraver Ice Garden, 20 minutes from campus in Belle Vernon, Pa. Selected candidates will receive team apparel, free transportation & lodging for road trips, and the opportunity to enjoy free ice time during team practices.
Candidates should be available for post-season play as well including league, regional and national playoffs and tournaments. Access to a vehicle is strongly preferred.
