The University’s Work-Related Injury Procedures were distributed via campus mail the week of November 2, 2015. Please contact me at 724-938-4427 or by e-mail at biddle@calu.edu if you have not received your copy of the injury procedures, and one will be provided to you.
The University’s Panel of Health Care Providers can be found at the link below. A copy of the list of health care providers was also included with the injury procedures sent to all University employees.

Today’s Announcement also serves as a reminder that emergency medical facilities are not designated health care providers on the University’s list of panel providers, and are to be utilized when faced with a true medical emergency. See the Work-Related Injury Procedures cover memo which provides an explanation as to what constitutes a true medical emergency.
