The Department of Education requires all students who will be borrowing Stafford loans to complete Entrance Counseling and a Master Promissory Note. If you have not already completed these requirements, they can be found at www.studentloans.gov. You will need to sign in with your FSA ID and click the option to notify California University of PA of completion. Once we receive notification of completion the requirement will be updated on your VIP Portal. To see if you have completed this requirement, check the status on VIP. It will say completed/received.
