Graduate Assistant Position Available Summer 2016

The Bursar’s Office is seeking a 300 hour Graduate Assistant position for the Summer 2016 term.

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Assist with developing reports
• Assist with student and parent communication
• Assist with student account maintenance and collections
• Assist with creating electronic records
• Other miscellaneous office functions

This position offers learning experience, especially for students in counseling, education, communication, social work, accounting or related majors.

The applicant must have the following qualities:

• Communication skills via phone, written and in person
• Ability to take direction and work independently and as a team player
• Ability to comply with university policies, procedures, university code of conduct and FERPA laws.

Experience in Microsoft Office Excel and Word recommended.
