Congratulations to all of our upcoming graduates. With the implementation of Microsoft Office 365 and Email migration last year, graduated student accounts will be transitioned to alumni accounts. This will allow those accounts to keep all of their current email and continue to send and receive email messages from their username@calu.edu email address. This will occur 1 semester after the graduation semester. Example – A Spring graduate will not be transitioned until the Fall semester.
Please note that Alumni Accounts will NOT have access to all of the computing resources that were reserved and maintained for them during their academic work. This includes, but is not limited to, files stored on their personal N-drive or OneDrive, access to the Keystone Library Network databases, and access to software including Microsoft Office. The Alumni Accounts will not be able to get wireless access through CALNET, but will be able to get wireless access through CALUGUEST. Please save any information needed, other than email, such as data files or web sites by the end of the next semester.
