    The Department of Academic Records has a Graduate Assistantship position available starting Fall 2012.

    Primary responsibilities include assisting with preparations for upcoming program accreditation which includes but is not limited to:

    • Developing and updating databases, tables, and reports using MSWord, Excel, and PowerPoint
    • Verbal and email communications with , faculty, and clerical staff
    • Filing electronic and paper files

     Positions offers  students an opportunity to gain experience before applying for full-time jobs after graduation. Student assistants work across a range of subject departments and also in general student support services, such as in the Office of Academic Records.  Required hours is flexible within the hours of Monday through Friday.
