The first House of Representatives meeting of the Fall semester will be on
THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 6, 2012 at 11AM in VULCAN THEATRE
All allocated clubs must have a representative at the meeting or they will be assessed a 5% penalty from their total allocated dollars.
PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING RULES STIPULATED IN THE STUDENT GOVERNMENT CONSTITUTION:
1. Only ONE vote per recognized club. (We ask that due to space limitations, only 2 members per club attend)
2. No one member shall represent more than one club at the meeting. (a student cannot represent 2 different clubs)
3. If you are a member of Student Government (Senate), you are not permitted to vote in the House meetings.
Wrist bands will be distributed for voting members and Cal Cards will be swiped for attendance. Please arrive early!
VERY IMPORTANT POLICY CHANGES, FUNDING AMOUNTS, AND ANNOUNCEMENTS WILL BE DISCUSSED.
Officer elections for the Speaker of the House, Lieutenant Speaker, Parliamentarian, and Recording Secretary will be conducted along with the election of the 2 Cabinet seats from members of the House.
