Class III Vacancy
The SAI Board is advertising for the graduate student position for the 2012-13 academic year on the SAI Board of Directors.
According to the bylaws, Class III member is: “One member who shall be a full-time fee paying graduate student of California University of Pennsylvania, elected annually by the Board by a majority vote of the remaining Board members.”
Candidates must have demonstrated significant prior service to the University have good academic and disciplinary standing; and be able to participate in evening Board meetings.
Meetings: The Student Association, Inc., Board of Directors holds one regular meeting each month. Schedule is established each semester to accommodate the Board members schedules. Special meetings may be called at the will of the President of the Student Association, Inc., Board of Directors or by a majority of the members of the Board. Board members are also members of various committees that support the business of the SAI.
