Flu shot opportunities for all health plans are as follows:
Highmark PPO and Indemnity plan members:
Employees under these plans can obtain a free flu shot at any Rite Aid Pharmacy located in Pennsylvania. No appointment is needed. Members must present their Highmark ID card and their health plan will be billed directly.
UPMC HMO members:
Members can receive a flu shot at their doctor’s office; however, an office visit co-pay may apply. Members can also obtain a flu shot at any pharmacy or clinic, for which they may submit a claim form with a receipt to UPMC for reimbursement. A letter and claim form is being (or may have already been) mailed to all members of this plan.
PEBTF HMO Keystone West and Consumer Driven Health Plan members:
You will have to call the Member Services phone number on the back of your ID card to inquire about flu shot opportunities. Flu shots will be available at your doctor’s office; however, an office visit co-pay may apply.
