Healthy Habits Presents: Strides for Health

 Strides for Health is a FREE 8 week self-directed physical activity challenge.  This campaign will help you to improve your level of fitness through a regular walking program!

Campaign Details: There are 8 newsletters that will be sent to you via email.  These emails are filled with information, tips and strategies for motivation to help you establish a regular habit of walking for exercise.
