PASSHE is excited to announce that starting for tax year 2012, you have the option to receive your W-2 electronically via ESS. Your consent is required to receive your W-2 via ESS; otherwise, a paper W-2 will be mailed to you. Starting October 1, 2012 through December 15. 2012, simply log in to ESS, scroll to the “Payroll” tab and follow the simple instructions to elect to receive your W-2 electronically.
By choosing to receive your W-2 via ESS, you will be able to print it one to two weeks earlier than awaiting the mailed W-2. Not only would this help you to file your taxes sooner, but it would also help reduce the University’s cost for postage and envelopes.
