To the University Community:
Mark Costello, a Patrol Officer with the University Police Department, has been approved for the Leave Donation Program beginning in January, 2013.
If you are a member of AFSCME, SPFPA, or Management, you may donate Annual or Personal days to Mark. You may NOT donate your own sick days. Leave must be donated in full-day increments of one to five days. Your leave quota after donation cannot be less than the equivalent of five work days. Anticipated leave may not be donated.
To donate leave, you may visit the Human Resources Office at 408 Dixon Hall to complete a form, or contact HR and a form will be sent to you. Leave donations will be accepted in the order the donation forms are received. Any unused leave will be returned to the donor in reverse order.
