The California University of Pennsylvania Department of Military Science and Office of Veterans Affairs cordially invite you to the United States Army Reserve Officer Training Corps Commissioning Ceremony.

The Army R.O.T.C. Commissioning Ceremony marks the end of the Cadets' road to earning a degree and Commission as a 2nd Lt. in the United States Army and also the beginning of a career as a leader in the United States Army.

Please join us on Friday December 14, 2012 at 0900 in Steele Hall as we celebrate and honor Dustin Fuller, Brittany Hall and David Short on earning their Commission as a 2nd Lt. in the United States Army.

Dustin Fuller and Brittany Hall will enter the United States Army as active duty officers, branching armor and military intelligence, respectively. David Short will serve in the Pennsylvania Army National Guard as an adjutant general officer.

Dr. Michael Hummel, associate professor of Leadership and Security Studies, Department of Justice, Law & Society and also director of the Linda and Harry Serene Leadership Institute at California University of Pennsylvania will serve as guest speaker for the Commissioning Ceremony. Dr. Hummel is also a retired Army Officer.
