A new program sponsored by Healthy Habits


Are you ready to make a healthy lifestyle change?

Commit to Change is here to help!

This is a FREE support program that will offer information, motivation, tips and challenges that will help you reach your healthy lifestyle goals.


·       Want to lose weight? 

·       Get fit?

·       Deal with stress more effectively?

·       Eat a healthier diet? 

·       Learn to balance fun and responsibilities?


Register for Commit to Change and let us help you reach your goals!

12 week program includes emails, virtual support, face to face meetings, workouts, and tracking progress.  Pick and choose what works for you!
