We are seeking a Graduate Assistant beginning in the Summer 2013 semester to support our work with the Office of Web-Based Programs.
The qualified candidate will possess strong communication skills and be computer proficient (MS word, MS excel, use of Internet, working in an online capacity, etc.) In addition, qualified candidates will need to be able to work independently on tasks as well as with others.
This GA positions works very closely with the office of web-based programs with respect to supporting recruitment and retention initiatives for the Office of Web-Based Programs to include: email/mail campaigns, data-entry in CRM, administrative tasks, filing, phone service, recruitment projects, research, website updates, and special projects as needed.
All interested applicants must:
· Be taking at least 9 graduate credits per semester
· Be able to work 20 Hours (any time Mon-Fri) a week/300 per semester during business hours of 8 am to 4 pm
· Must be able to work at the Southpointe location until approximately August 1st, when the position will return to Main Campus.
