ü Full-time undergraduate student with a minimum GPA of 2.5
Recipient must exhibit:
ü Outstanding leadership qualities
ü Potential for future development as a leader
ü Leadership contributions to community and campus
You must include the following with this application or your application will be not be accepted:
ü A copy of your student activities transcript-please make sure this includes all of your participation in campus clubs and organizations and your community service (if you are a freshman please include a list of your high school activities and community service)
ü A copy of your academic transcript
ü An essay describing why you should be awarded this scholarship and detailing challenges you have faced and overcome (250 words or less, please)
