    Register Now for Strides for Health

     

    Put on your walking shoes, and join us for this 8-week walking and physical activity challenge! 

     

    By participating in Strides for Health, you’ll discover how to:

     

    • Increase your physical activity and energy level

    §  Develop a regular commitment to walking for fitness

    • Get in shape and improve your fitness

    §  Decrease the health risks associated with inactivity

    • Better manage your weight or chronic conditions
