    Open enrollment for the 2014 Flexible Spending Account Program is November 4 – November 15, 2013



    The Flexible Spending Account plans require enrollment each year in order to participate.  Even though you participated in the program last year, you must re-enroll during this enrollment period for 2014.


    This program allows you to set aside money on a tax-free basis for qualified medical and dependent care out-of-pocket expenses.


    Please note:  the maximum annual election for the Medical Reimbursement FSA has not changed since last year and is still $2,500, which is a requirement under the health care reform.


    I strongly encourage employees to enroll via Employee Self Service (ESS); however, if you are unable to do so I have paper enrollment forms.


    A friendly reminder that our administrator for this program is WageWorks, who is a market leader in FSA administration.
