Recently some of you have received a notice from Verizon Wireless asking to validate your employment with California University in order to continue receiving the employee discount.

 

For those of you who are Verizon Wireless customers and have received the message and are experiencing difficulty with validation or have not received a notice and would like to ensure the discount is applied to your account, please use the link below and follow the instructions.

Once the page opens, scroll down about midway and click on the box located on the left-hand side titled “Existing Verizon Wireless Customers Enroll Now”.  This will take you through the validation process.

 

If you would like to verify that your employment was validated or to confirm that your calling plan is eligible for the discount or for any other questions you may have, please call 1-800-890-8007 which is the Verizon Wireless Employee Validation Center.

 

Select option 1, and then option 4 to speak with a representative.
