Business & Criminal Justice Majors:
With over 40 million Hispanics in the US, Correctional Officers, Law Enforcement Officers, Marketing Professionals, Business Managers and Executives are just some of the professions that could use the knowledge offered by enrolling in Spanish for Law Enforcement and Spanish for Business courses offered by the Department of Modern Languages & Cultures Spring 2014.
This is excellent for Business and Criminal Justice majors to become more marketable in this competitive global market. If you have previously obtained Spanish credit (Spanish 102) from Cal U or elsewhere, register for Spanish for Law Enforcement, SPN 304, (CRN 10806), and/or Spanish for Business, SPN 305 (CRN 10807). If you do not have previous Spanish credit, then begin today earning your Letter of Completion by taking Spanish 101 either online or face-to-face.
To obtain a Letter of Completion in Spanish for Law Enforcement or Spanish for Business, a student simply completes Spanish 101, 102, 203,304 and/or 305. These courses are generally offered online giving you even greater flexibility.
