California University has approved a new University Travel Policy. The new policy will be distributed to each campus department and will be available electronically in the Administration and Finance Public Folder, as well as on the Cal U website.
Please read through the policy and familiarize yourself with the procedures, as this new policy will go into effect on January 1, 2014.
In the coming weeks, new forms relating to Export Control and Travel, as well as a revised Travel Worksheet will be distributed for use after January 1st.
The Office of Administrative Services will be hosting informational sessions to go over, and address, any questions that you might have regarding the new policy.
