If paying premiums by semester, coverage expires for Fall Plan on December 31, 2013.
No renewal notices will be sent for periods less than annual. To avoid a lapse in coverage, your premium must be received within fourteen (14) days after the premium expiration date. It is the student’s responsibility to make timely renewal payments to avoid a lapse in coverage.
